At Sudais Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. As a wholesale distributor, we maintain specific terms to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- ⚠️ Item received is damaged
- ⚠️ Item received is defective
- ⚠️ Wrong item was shipped
*Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requirements
To be eligible, items must be:
- ✔ Unused
- ✔ In original packaging
- ✔ In resellable condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- ❌ Change of mind
- ❌ Buyer’s remorse
- ❌ Incorrect order placed by customer
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.

- 👉 Shipping is non-refundable (except for damaged/wrong items)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they meet specific criteria:

Return Shipping
